You have booked through Pinpoint Travel Group Pty Ltd (hereafter ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘our’) Licence Number 2TA002974. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which we accept travel bookings. These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice.

This web site may contain links to, or frame web sites of third parties (external sites). Pinpoint Travel Group is not required to maintain or update the links. Links to, or framing of, external sites should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by Pinpoint Travel Group of the owners or operators of the external sites, or for any information, products or services referred to on the external sites unless expressly indicated on this web site. Pinpoint Travel Group makes no warranties and accepts no liability in relation to material contained on external sites. Pinpoint Travel Group is not liable if interference with or damage to your computer system occurs in connection with use of this web site or an external site. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for use from this website is free of viruses or anything else that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer systems.
When making a booking with Pinpoint Travel Group you have understood and agree to therefore accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all travellers in the party.


Prices:
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
All prices are inclusive of Australian GST where applicable.
All prices are in AUD – Australian Dollars
All Prices will be finalised and confirmed at time of booking and may be updated throughout the year as Pinpoint Travel Group is advised.
Price Guarantee: The price of your holiday is only guaranteed once full payment is received.


Deposits & Final Payments:
A non refundable deposit per person is required when booking or within 7 days of confirmation. The balance of payment where applicable is payable no later than 30 days prior to departure, or in some instances earlier, when special supplier/airfare conditions apply. Should the deposit or balance of payment not be recevied by the due date, we reserved the right to cancel all reservations. All bookings are subject to availability at time of booking. Seasonal surcharges may apply throughout the year for special events, festivals and conferences, which may alter the price indicated. All payment transactions will incur an additional fee if paid by credit card. This fee is dependent on the type of credit card and transaction amount,and is non-refundable. Details are available on application (at time of booking).


Booking Changes:
We have provided all details of this booking to you prior to your acceptance. No responsibility is taken for the incorrect entry of travellers’ names, date of birth or other details including but not limited to, Frequent Flyer Program details. Please read your itinerary carefully. The final responsibility for ensuring documentation is correct is that of the individual traveller who is travelling. Amendments and changes are at an additional cost and for any amendments or changes our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, AEST excluding National Public Holidays. Outside of these times for any urgent changes please contact the airline, hotel or supplier directly.
All airline airfares have rules and conditions that apply relating to changes, amendments and cancellations. Airfares are non transferable. For full details on each airfare governed by current air traffic rules and regulations please enquire at time of booking.


Schedule Changes:
Whilst we will endeavour to advise you of any schedule changes, it is your responsibility to confirm that scheduled departure times have not changed. We strongly recommend you check all timings with airlines and suppliers, as timings and travel details on your travel documents, including air tickets, electronic tickets and itineraries, are subject to change without notice. It is recommended you adhere to check in times as suggested by the airlines. For international travel, we recommend that you advise Pinpoint Travel Group of your passport details and contact details prior to departure and register your travel plans on www.smarttraveller.gov.au in case of an emergency.


Taxes:

Certain taxes are mandatory and are collected by us at time of payment. There may also be additional payable local taxes charged directly at some airports or hotels. Some of these taxes are charged in local currency and all taxes are subject to change without notice.


Travel Documents:
Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement from a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All travel documents are non-transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. Your photo Identification must match with the name and date of birth of the passenger on the ticket, and some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and/or the booking may be cancelled. Where bookings are made through a third party we are not responsible for those third parties or goods and services they offer. We have no responsibility, and extend no guarantees for discontinuation of and/or changes to promotions, airfares or specific holiday products. In the event of supplier alterations we reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings where circumstances require.


Travel Insurance:

For details of travel insurance associated with your credit card please contact the service provider. Please ensure your travel insurance coverage is appropriate for all your medical and personal requirements when travelling. We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy of your choice. We recommend that the policy include against but not limited to loss of deposits, loss of money and loss or damage to personal baggage and appropriate medical coverage. 


Health:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destination and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination and medication documentation. . Please contact your local doctor who will advise you of these requirements as well as any international restrictions regarding travelling with prescribed medicines.Please note that vaccinations may be recommended some period in advance of travelling.


Passports & Visas:
Passports are required for all travellers departing Australia. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visas and re-entry permits that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities, for all members of your family or party travelling. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All international travellers must have a valid, machine-readable passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of re-entry to Australia. If you need information regarding visas and other travel document requirements please contact the embassy or consulate of the country or countries you are visiting. All Domestic travellers require photo identification to travel and all travel documentation details is to match correctly with each individual traveller. It is essential that you provide Pinpoint Travel Group with passport details of all passengers travelling and an Australian telephone number or address where you can be reached prior to departure from Australia. We recommend you check the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website  www.dfat.gov.au prior to booking any travel arrangements, for the most up to date travel information


Frequent Flyers:
We are not a frequent flyer program. Please advise us of your frequent flyer membership number for the affiliated airline with which you are travelling and we will record it into your reservation. It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide accurate frequent flyer information at time of booking. Please note, not all fares earn frequent flyer points. If you are a frequent flyer member please retain your air ticket and boarding pass, as we cannot be held responsible for obtaining copies of your air ticket at any future date.


Baggage Requirements:
Domestic and International travel have different baggage requirements. Please note that size and weight restrictions apply. For full details on baggage allowances, baggage dimensions, excess baggage charges and packing requirements for seafood/meat/frozen products, please contact all individual airlines, tour companies and cruise lines. To increase your safety, there are rules for taking liquids, aerosols and gels on flights into and out of Australia. These  enhanced security measures limit the amount of liquids that can be taken onboard in cabin baggage. Each container of liquids, aerosols or gels in your carry-on cabin baggage must be 100mls or less. All containers must fit into one transparent resealable 20cm x 20cm plastic bag. Accommodation:

Hotels and resorts featured on this website are based on current hotel information and guides provided by third party suppliers. Information is subject to alteration without notification. Maps and photographs shown in promotional materials are based on itineraries planned at the time of issue and for operational reasons may not reflect the routing of your holiday. Hotel room photographs may not be specific to the actual room type featured in your itinerary. Specific bedding configuration cannot be guaranteed. Persons travelling alone are required to pay the single room rate. An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18. Children travelling without both parents may require special documentation. If for any reason Pinpoint Travel Group is unable to provide accommodation as booked and confirmed, alternative hotels may be substituted and passengers informed accordingly.


Fees and Charges:
All  bookings made on your behalf through our customer service centre incur fees that are advised at time of reservation. Any additional service provider charges will also be advised when booking. All fees are non refundable.. All fees for relevant changes to bookings  are advised when your booking changed is processed. Late Booking, Amendment and Courier fees are additional and subject to conditions


Cancellation, Changes and Amendment Fees:
We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or amended or tickets/documents are reissued. These fees will be advised when contacting our customer service centre to alter your travel plans. Late Booking, Amendment and Courier fees are additional and subject to conditions. There are no refunds for any unused service. When you cancel or terminate your booking fees are charged. The fees include any non refundable deposit plus all fees levied by suppliers such as hotels, airlines and ground operators, up to 100% of the holiday price. The non-issuance of an invoice or the non payment of a deposit will not exempt passengers from these cancellation and administrative penalties. The refund will be returned in the same manner in which it was paid. Reinstated bookings will be considered as new bookings, therefore normal fees and charges apply. We may also impose service fees for additional travel services requested by you. Fees are subject to change without notice.


Documentation Delivery:

Most domestic and international airlines and suppliers issue electronic tickets (E-tickets) to travel and these will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you at the time of booking. Your email address is required in order to receive your confirmation of booking details and ticket. If you do not receive your confirmation email or ticket, prior to travel you need to contact us. Some airlines and suppliers require paper issue documentation. Documentation may be  be sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery or by Australia Post. Documentation is sent once the booking is finalised, and additional courier fees may be charged for any last minute bookings made. If you need to advise an alternative method of delivery please contact our customer service centre. If you are unsure of what documentation is required for your travel arrangements please contact our customer service centre. We will not be held responsible for tickets lost by a third party. Any charges associated with reissue and re sending of documentation will be at your expense.


Agency:

Pinpoint Travel Group acts as a travel agent only. We sell travel related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers, such as airlines, coach, tour, rail and cruise line operators. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on the situation applicable at the time of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice, having regard to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to foreign exchange fluctuations, airline fuel surcharges and increases in airline/supplier operating costs.


Liability:

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.


Privacy Policy:
Pinpoint Travel Group is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the National Privacy Principles. We maintain the privacy of your information using the latest and most sophisticated security technologies. We are not involved in the selling or trading of your personal information to other organisations under any circumstances.
Your email address will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used by Pinpoint Travel Group, or any other Third Party for marketing purposes unless you have provided express permission for this to occur.


Legal Obligation:

These terms and conditions do not apply so as to limit, exclude or extinguish any right of a passenger, where to limit, exclude or extinguish such a right would be void or contrary to law.


Customer Comments
:
Comments should be lodged in writing with supporting documentation to Pinpoint Travel Group within 30 days of return to Australia.
